To become a seller on Fope, you need to have a business registered under SSM, meet our hygiene standards, and be capable of preparing and delivering meals safely. Whether you’re a home cook, restaurant owner, or food stall operator, you’re welcome to join our platform.
There are no upfront fees to join Fope as a seller. We operate on a commission-based model, where a small percentage of each sale is deducted as a service fee.
Yes, sellers on Fope are responsible for both preparing and delivering their meals to customers. You have full control over the delivery process, including setting delivery radius
Each seller will be given a thermal insulated delivery bag upon signing up, this bag helps to retain the heat as much.
The number of meals that can be stored in the delivery bag depends on the size and capacity of the bag you use. Our biggest can store up to 40 packs. (Transparent container with lid). We recommend selecting a delivery bag that can accommodate the quantity of meals you typically prepare for orders.
